When an item is faulty:
We will refund you for any item that is found to be faulty, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (except where marked and sold as faulty). Please return your faulty purchase with proof of purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason:
We will refund you for clothing items and linens. Please understand we cannot refund for items sold without an individual price ticket. Please return your purchase:
- With a valid ticket attached
- With your receipt or proof of purchase
- Within 30 days of date of purchase, and
- In the same condition in which it was bought.
Refunds are at management’s discretion, this does not affect your statutory right.Â
