Leaves of Love - Butterwick Hospice

The branches of the hand painted Butterwick Memorial Wall are adorned with beautiful bronze, silver and gold leaves.

Each engraved dedication holds a special meaning for those who place it there in memory of their loved ones. Displayed in the main reception area of our Stockton Hospice, the tree has been painted in the perfect position to catch the sunlight next to the window, so that all dedications glimmer and shine.

Your dedication will symbolise a treasured memory that is special to you. By making this truly special donation, you are giving other families the chance to experience more precious moments in their most difficult times.

These leaves of love dedications are open to everyone in our community, you do not have to be connected to the Hospice.

If you would like to dedicate a leaf of love, engraved with the name of someone you love, you can add to our remembrance tree for as little as £50 a year.

Bronze leaf – £50
Silver leaf – £100
Gold leaf – £150

Leaves will be displayed on our tree for 12 months. Following the 12-month period you will be given the option the renew your leaf or bird for a further year. If you decide not to renew, we will carefully pick your dedication from the tree and post it to you to keep at home.

The 12-month period begins when your leaf is first displayed on the tree. At the end of the period, you will be contacted by Butterwick Hospice and offered the opportunity to renew the leaf for a further twelve-month period, chargeable at the rate of your selected leaf type. If you do not wish to renew your dedication, your leaf will be returned to you for you to keep.
In exceptional circumstances, Butterwick Hospice reserves the right to move or relocate the Leaves of Love Tree to another appropriate site within the Hospice premises.
Butterwick Hospice will not be held responsible for spelling or grammar mistakes made during the ordering process.
