We provide holistic, palliative care for babies, children and adults in the Teesside and County Durham areas.
We offer lots of services free of charge to those in our community who are facing a life limiting condition. There are different ways to access our services, but the best way is by speaking to one of the health professionals below about making a referral to Butterwick Hospice.
We take referrals from GPs, Consultants, Hospital Staff, Macmillan Nurses, Community Nurses and other Specialist Nurses. If you would like to access our services, please speak to one of the health professionals listed above to find out how we help.
