Butterwick Hospice is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse to lead Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in our Adult Inpatient Unit. Working alongside the Clinical Team Leader, you will help drive the day-to-day delivery of outstanding, person-centred palliative care, coordinating safe practice, developing your team and creating a positive, professional environment in which everyone can thrive.
You will make an impact by:
- Leading and supervising clinical practice with confidence and compassion
- Coaching and developing junior colleagues to build capability and confidence
- Turning local and national quality improvement priorities into meaningful change
- Staying close to patients and families through a clinical caseload
