Employee Engagement Programme at Butterwick Hospice

Butterwick Hospice has always had an excellent relationship with the local business community, and we’re delighted to announce the launch of our Corporate Employee Engagement programme. This initiative proactively supports Corporate Organisations with their Corporate Social Responsibility strategies, whilst securing much needed support for our services.

Our aim and vision, working closely with the requirements of corporate organisations, is to develop an interactive programme that employees can take part in whilst supporting the Hospice and the local community. The engagement we develop with all employees, really focuses on the positive impact they are making, having given up time from busy work schedules.

The support employees provide includes volunteering and participating in fundraising events, is so valuable to us a charity and the help and support we receive is greatly appreciated.

As mentioned, the support from local organisations means so much to all at Butterwick Hospice. Giving up time to help on projects and your financial support, enables us as a charity to continue our services, with love and care, supporting our local community together.

As a charity, we also take our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy very seriously, giving something back, supporting corporate organisations via interactive engagement.
