22nd Annual Big Butterwick Bike Ride
About this event
The Big Butterwick Bike Ride is a fantastic event, attracting riders from all over the North East.
The event, which is now in its 22nd year, was founded by local man Brian Hutchinson, who wanted to give something back to the hospice that cared for his beloved sister, Christine, when she was terminally ill.
Since he first set it up, the Big Butterwick Bike Ride has attracted hundreds of cyclists for the 26-mile route and raised more than £110,000 for the hospice, which is based in Stockton and Bishop Auckland.
It’s such a great atmosphere of people coming together to do something amazing as a group, and harness that enthusiasm and community spirit to make such an incredible difference.
Entry Fee: £10
Cyclists under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration Form and Payment must be completed before the day.
Thank you for supporting Butterwick Hospice.
